How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order tracking number within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What do I do if my package was damaged?

Immediately contact our Customer Service We will work with you to get your damaged products replaced with new ones as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on our company’s website with the tracking number provided.

I can see that the status of my order shows “Delivered”, but I have not received my parcel. What can I do?
